Are you concerned about your use of alcohol or other drugs? Are you also experiencing challenges with your well-being?

In this free program, our team will help you to reduce alcohol and other drug use while also supporting your mental health and wellbeing. We'll work together to set meaningful goals and build practical skills that are guided by what matters most to you.

On your journey with AIM, you may connect with a Peer Practitioner with lived experience of substance use and recovery. Peer Practitioners bring a unique understanding and can offer valuable insight and support alongside your care.

We collaborate with other people involved in your care, such as your family and GP, to ensure you feel supported as you make positive, long-term changes.
